Sophie Buckmaster

Sophie grew up in Trangie, NSW, and currently resides in Yass as a primary producer in the wool industry. She is passionate about the benefits that clean energy projects can bring to rural communities.

Sophie is a financial leader with extensive experience in the accounting and finance industry. Her previous roles include Audit Manager with HLB Mann Judd, working with multiple clients across varying industries. She has been involved in the renewable energy industry for nearly a decade and was formerly financial controller within Neoen Australia, managing finance for more than $1 billion of operational wind and solar projects.
